Pricing
Pay for the modules you switch on.
There is one plan, and you build it. Everyone starts on the same core bundle — take the order, print the bill, run the floor — and from there you switch on only the modules the restaurant actually uses. Billed once a year, in rupees, GST-ready.
Billed annually·GST-ready·no setup fee·no hardware to buy
The core bundle, on day one.
Six modules that every restaurant needs before it needs anything else. They are not an upsell and they are not optional — they are what a Tadka Tech login opens on the morning it is switched on.
Core bundle
Take the order on any channel, print a GST bill, and see the floor and the day's numbers. Every plan on this page starts here and adds to it.

Switch on what you use, and nothing else.
Tick a module and the total moves. A module you do not switch on does not appear in the sidebar and its endpoints refuse the call — the gate is enforced in the API, not hidden in the interface, which is exactly why you are not paying for it.
Tap a tile to switch it on or off. The core bundle is already in the total.
Live prices didn't load.
We read every price on this page from the platform when it opens, and that call just failed — so rather than show you an out-of-date number, we're showing none. Reload in a moment, or tell us what you need and we'll quote it.

Unlocks once every module above is on.
These two run on top of the full platform, so they are available only to a restaurant already on every other module — you cannot skip Inventory or the Waiter App and still add a kiosk.
WhatsApp messaging
Billed per messageOrder confirmations, ready alerts, delivery updates, OTPs and campaigns go out on WhatsApp. You are billed on what actually goes out — nothing upfront, nothing on a quiet week, and it stays outside the annual plan price.
The two volumes above are your estimate, not a number we measured — move them to whatever your month looks like. At those volumes the messaging bill is — a month, or — a year.
Messages are billed on what you send.
This is the one line on your invoice that is not annual, and we keep it that way deliberately. A restaurant that sends two hundred messages a month should not subsidise one that sends twenty thousand.
Service messages
per message
The ones the order itself triggers: confirmation, ready alerts, delivery updates, the bill, and the OTP a customer needs to sign in to your ordering page. They go out from your own WhatsApp number.
Marketing messages
per message
The ones you choose to send: offers, festival campaigns, a broadcast to customers who have not ordered in a while. Priced higher because WhatsApp itself prices them higher.
- Never in the plan Messaging is not folded into the annual price, on any configuration. Whatever set of modules you build above, WhatsApp sits outside it as a usage line. There is nothing to buy upfront and nothing to pay in a month where nothing went out. How WhatsApp notifications work
- Your own number Messages come from the restaurant, not from us. Your customers see your business name and your number, and replies land with you. We do not put a Tadka Tech number in front of your guests.
- The estimate above Is yours, not a measurement. The two volume controls in the builder start at round numbers so the arithmetic is visible — they are not a claim about what a restaurant sends. Set them to your own month and the estimate follows.
The six people actually ask.
- Adding mid-year Any time — it is a switch, not a migration. Tell us which module you want and it opens behind the same login, with the menu, orders, tables and customers you already have. There is no re-import and no second system to set up. What the rest of your year costs is agreed with you before anything is switched on.
- Removing one At renewal, and nothing is deleted. Drop a module from next year's plan and it simply stops opening — the data it wrote stays in your schema, and it comes back exactly as it was if you switch the module on again.
- Setup fee None. Onboarding and the training session are part of the price. The two top-tier modules — the kiosk and the customer portal on your own domain — need some extra setting up at your end, which we do with you during onboarding rather than bill for.
- What onboarding is We set the restaurant up with you, not for you to figure out. We import the menu, build the sections and tables, create the staff accounts with the right permission bundles, pair the thermal printers, and walk the team through the surfaces they will actually touch — the counter, the kitchen screen, the waiter app.
- GST Charged on top, itemised on the invoice. Every figure on this page is the pre-tax annual price. GST is added at invoicing and shown as its own line, so the amount is straightforward to claim.
- Only the core bundle That is a complete plan, and a common one. Orders, menu, tables, bills and receipts, settings and basic analytics at a year is enough to run a counter-service kitchen properly. Nothing on this page pressures you past it — the modules are there for the day the restaurant needs them.
Not sure which modules you need?
Tell us how the restaurant actually runs — how many tables, who takes the orders, whether there's a kitchen screen, whether you deliver — and we'll work out the module set with you. You will not be sold one you cannot use.
