CRM & Growth
Give something back, and know what it cost.
Points on spend, tiers that promote themselves, and discount offers that run on the channels you choose. Every redemption is recorded against the customer and the bill — including what the discount took off the taxable value.
One offer per order·per-customer caps enforced at redemption·GST computed after the discount·tiers recomputed nightly
Every offer, and where it runs.
An offer has a value, a scope, a validity window and a cap — and a switch for each channel it is allowed on. The redemption count is live, not a report.
Back office · offers
Six things this module actually does.
Points on spend
Earn a percentage of the bill as points, redeemable at a rupee rate you set — with a minimum order to earn and a ceiling on how much of a bill points may cover.
Tiers that promote themselves
Bronze to Platinum on lifetime value and visit count. Promotion and demotion run nightly, so the tier on the bill is the tier the customer earned.
Discount offers with scope
Percent or flat, capped or uncapped, for everyone or one segment, one tier, one tag or one named customer — with a minimum order and a validity window.
Per-channel switches
Run the same offer on the diner's QR, your website, the kiosk and the counter — auto-applied on one, code-entry on another, off on a third.
Referrals
Each customer gets a code. Both sides are rewarded when the referred person's first qualifying order is settled, with a leaderboard of who brings people in.
Redemption on the bill
The discount lands on the bill as a line, not a manual override — and GST is computed on the taxable value that is left after it.
Set the rules once, then leave it alone.
Earn rate, redeem rate, expiry, the minimum order that earns and the share of a bill points may pay for — all configuration, not code. Tiers carry their own perks and members move between them on their own.
- Earn as a percentage of the bill actually paid, above a minimum order value
- Redeem at a fixed rupee value per point, capped as a share of the bill
- An expiry policy — inactivity-based, fixed-term, or never
- Joining bonus, birthday and anniversary credits, referral rewards
- Four tiers with thresholds on lifetime value and visits, recomputed nightly

Back office · offer channels and caps
One offer, several doors.
The weekend discount you built for the QR menu can run on your website too, and ask for a code at the kiosk, and stay off at the counter. It is one offer with one budget, not four copies drifting apart.
- Auto-apply or code entry, decided per channel on the same offer
- A per-customer cap re-checked at redemption, not just at the first use
- One offer per order — an applied offer and a points redemption never stack
- A live redemption count against the cap, visible before the budget is gone
- The discount reduces the taxable value, so the GST on the bill follows it down
Where the discount lands.
Loyalty is not a side ledger. It reads the customer record, writes to the bill and shows up on every ordering surface.
Who can give money away.
- OwnerSets the economics. Earn and redeem rates, tier thresholds, expiry policy, every offer and its cap, and manual point adjustments.
- ManagerRuns the campaigns. Creates and schedules offers, switches channels on and off, adjusts points with a reason, reviews redemption spend.
- SupervisorHandles the exceptions. Applies an approved offer on the floor and sees what a customer is entitled to — without changing the programme.
- CashierRedeems at the till. Applies a valid code or the customer's points to the bill, within the caps. Cannot invent a discount outside an offer.
- WaiterSees what the guest has. Tier, points balance and any offer already attached to the table's order.
Permissions are atomic and checked on every endpoint — a role is a named bundle of them, not a rank. Staff can hold several bundles at once, and effective access is the union.
