Why search by initials
0:00During a rush, typing out a dish's full name is slow. Menu search now finds a dish from just the first letters of its name.
Type the first letter of each word
0:08Open a New Order and go to the menu search. Instead of the whole name, type the first letter of each word.
On this restaurant's menu, P B M brings up Paneer Butter Masala straight away.

Search by name still works
0:20Another example from the same menu: C F R finds Chicken Fried Rice.
Searching by the dish name works exactly as before. Initials sit on top of it; they don't replace it.

Works in every menu search
0:30Your cashier no longer has to remember how every dish is spelt.
The same search works in the waiter app, on your online ordering website and in the table QR menu.
