Ask for dues in one tap

Asking a khata customer for what they owe is now a single tap: a WhatsApp reminder sent straight from the Due tab in Orders.

Open the Due tab in Orders. The total outstanding amount is right there at the top.

The list now loads in pages, so it stays fast even when it is long.

By order or by customer

The Due tab has two views. By order lists every unpaid order on its own.

By customer puts everything one customer owes on a single line, however many orders that is.

Send a reminder on WhatsApp

Press Remind. The customer gets a WhatsApp message with a link to pay online.

If UPI auto-confirm is switched on, the bill closes itself and moves to history the moment the payment comes in.

These reminders are off by default. Switch them on under WhatsApp → Message Settings.

Where do I see who owes me money?

Open Orders → Due tab. The total outstanding is shown at the top. See: The Due tab

Can I see everything one customer owes together?

Yes. Switch to By customer and each customer's dues appear on a single line, however many orders they have. See: By order or by customer

How do I remind a customer to pay their udhar?

Press Remind in the Due tab. The customer gets a WhatsApp message with a link to pay online. See: Send a reminder on WhatsApp

Do I have to settle the bill by hand after the customer pays?

Not if UPI auto-confirm is switched on: the bill closes itself and moves to history when the payment comes in. Without it, settle the bill yourself once you see the money. See: Send a reminder on WhatsApp

Are WhatsApp payment reminders on by default?
