Every answer, one search away
0:00Tadka Academy puts the answer to any question about the software inside the portal, with a video.
In the middle of a rush a new cashier asks how to put a customer's bill on udhar. Before, that meant a phone call to you or a support ticket and a wait. Now they open Guides and search in their own words, udhar or khata. The part that answers it comes straight up, written out and as video from that exact moment.
The full Deep Dive series and a What's New video for every new feature are all in one place.

The Academy library
0:56The library has a big search box at the top. Below it, it says the videos are in Hindi and all the text is in English.
Then come the filters: All, Deep Dive or What's New, and chips by module, such as Billing, Menu, Orders and Kitchen.
Start here lists every Deep Dive part in order and keeps count of which ones you have watched. That progress is visible only to you.
Next is the full Deep Dive series. Each card shows the video length, how many topics it covers and its language. Below it is What's New: a video for every new feature, newest first.

Search also finds What's New posts
1:34Type khata in the search box. Four results come up: from Deep Dive, from What's New, and one What's New post, Collect pending dues over WhatsApp.
So search does not only look in guides, it looks in every announcement too. A new feature that appears in What's New can be found here from that same day. The post result carries Open guide, a link to its full guide.

Search in your own words: udhar
2:00Ask the same thing another way: udhar. A Hindi word typed in English letters still finds ten results, and the count at the top shows how many come from Deep Dive and how many from What's New.
Each result is one part of a guide: the guide's name on top, then that chapter's title, then the first line of the answer. Some results are straight questions and are marked Question.
On the right is a time: where in the video this is said. Click it to open the guide at that point.
